He still puts on a really good show. Both Billy and Steve still sound great. I keep hoping that they come back around here.Billy Idol is coming in concert not too far from where I'm at in September. Would have to see what ticket prices are like, but very tempting otherwise.
I saw him a few years ago just down the street ( never saw him in the 80's somehow ) & I agree. Really fun show. He's gonna be in the same venue soon, but it already sold out. I was thinking about going, but the asking price is waaaaaaaaaaaay too much now.He still puts on a really good show. Both Billy and Steve still sound great. I think we've seen them 4 times.
Sounds great! You're gonna make @sadchild jealous. The Cure played in New Orleans last night and they sounded excellent. It was the first leg of the tour, so we really weren’t sure what songs they’d play going into it.
They ended up playing 29 songs, which included some new songs, but even those sounded great also.
We were just talking about Mike Reno in another thread!Sun, August 20th - Foreigner w/Loveboy

Go spend some time with your grandmother instead.I saw them probably like a decade ago, when Kid Rock opened up for them. I'm a fan of them, but I doubt I will see them again.
Dude Looks Like A Granny?Go spend some time with your grandmother instead.
It'll look the same, and if she has the TV on, it'll be just as loud.
If they tour after the "farewell" tour, they can forget about me going. That's where I draw the line. Dream on, dudes. My comment on their retirement announcement
Ehhhh this is no permanent vacation. Ozzy, Motley, they've all said good bye but then got back in the saddle again. Same old song and dance, my friend. When they announce another tour a few years later it'll be no surprize...
