Concerts you have attended?

I've seen some pix from different shows and there have been a number of people wearing masks.

I'm vaxxed up, and not quite ready to do an indoor show, but with a mask I'd consider it.

Same here - vaxxed, & you have to wear a mask to this show. But no proof of vaccination needed, which might be the determining factor. My doc didn't sound really into the idea of me going since I'm high-risk ( asthma ). At this point I'm leaning "no".

With risks being a consideration, I’d be leaning toward no as well.
Even though it sucks, masked events are encouraging though.

And unfortunately I live in one of the dumbest states ( MO ) so that doesn't help, either. We have 2 more shows coming up by the end of the year ( The Monkees in November, & Patton Oswalt in December ), & those are masks only AND proof of vaccination. Hopefully those will be doable.

Just when I thought it was safe to go to a concert again .... Gordon Lightfoot was postponed in Rochester.

Tool tickets went on sale yesterday or today. They canceled their Toledo date because of the Panny a year and a half ago.
They announced shows in Detroit and Columbus next spring, but the tickets were much more expensive than last time.
I passed this time because I'm not quite ready to pack in with that many people yet. Maybe when they get around to the next leg of the tour. We'll see what fall brings.

I might actually be going back to a concert in two weeks.
James Taylor and Jackson Browne are still on schedule for October 16.

The concert was great, their voices held up, still sound good. Jackson Browne started with a few lesser known songs before playing some hits. James Taylor played mostly hits.

Classy move by them, they donated all proceeds from the concert to the local food banks.

I was supposed to see the Canadian rock duo Cleopatrick this Thursday but a member of their crew got Covid. Last week they canceled 3 shows and postponed 6. Fortunately mine is just postponed.

James Taylor has a date now. No Bonnie Raitt anymore. Now with Jackson Browne. I consider that an upgrade. My wife would have preferred Bonnie.

You will enjoy the show. James and Jackson were both great, played a lot of hits.

That will be a very underraitted show.

I've probably seen James Taylor more than any other performer. He's a hometown New England guy, and he would always play Tanglewood around July 4th. The last time I saw him was quite a few years ago now, but back then, he put on a great show; it ran like a fine watch. Bonnie Raitt was great when I saw her too. I haven't seen Jackson Browne live, but the clips I saw when I posted about him were good.

I had to blur out the details, but this is James wearing my friend's campaign hoodie, when he ran for NH state rep.

Apparently breaking up isn’t that hard to do.
