She now weighs 160 and is getting injections of semaglutide– the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy – because that is much easier than keeping track of the point values of everything she eats and limiting herself to a specific total each day.

For those of us on medications long-term, insurance requires 90-day fills, which mostly means mail order, such as CVS Caremark. So while I occasionally get one-time prescriptions at the Hannaford pharmacy, I otherwise don't need any of the chain pharmacies. Except when I found that the Walgreens in Kittery had the new Glenmorangie 12 year single-malt scotch.
