Companies That Might Go Out Of Business

In a reversal of fortunes, Toys 'R' Us are opening 11 more stores in Canada. You may remember the US parent went bankrupt and closed all stores several years back. The Canadian stores stayed open and profitable and are now expanding.
 
I bet that she has had several articles and show segments that have discussed ways to spruce up your home office.
 
I've never liked the idea of staying in someone else's house.

National Geographic has been published monthly since September 1888. Last month they announced that beginning in 2024 the magazine will no longer be sold at newsstands. Today they announced that all the staff writers have been fired. Will National Geographic eventually disappear like Look, Gourmet, Omni, Liberty, Photoplay, Mademoiselle, McCall's, Children's Digest, Mechanix Illustrated and US News & World Report? I wouldn't bet against it.

I thought that they switched to cable TV once they realized that people could look at boobs on the internet for free.
 
Christmas Tree Shops sold bedding, furniture, rugs, carpets, toys, tools, artwork, office supplies. cleaning supplies, party supplies, pet supplies and many other products – but did not sell Christmas trees. Go figure!

I'm pretty sure they sold the fake trees in a box, and they sold a ton of garland and wreaths, plus everything that would go on, around, or be associated with a Christmas tree and Christmas. The trees themselves are generally sold by greenhouses and tree farms.
 
We go to Bronner's every few years. Got our last few trees there.
Frankenmuth is a nice little theme town. There are a few good restaurants, micro-brewery, and a bunch of little shops.
