Insert Timex Social Club's Rumors here.

Maybe someone in COD: Modern Warfare 4 invaded North Korea and killed Kim.

The actor died of natural causes on Oct. 21, his family confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE

Tom Skerritt, the film and TV star known for playing Sheriff Jimmy Brock on the David E. Kelley series Picket Fences, has died. He was 93.

The Emmy-winning actor died of natural causes on Wednesday, Oct. 21, his family confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE.

I remember him from "Picket Fences".

Skerritt played Sheriff Jimmy Brock in 88 episodes of Picket Fences (1992-96) and appeared in 98 movies and TV movies including Alien, Ted, Contact, Whiteout, Wisdom, Steel Magnolias, Those Calloways, Path To War (as General William Westmoreland), Field Of Lost Shoes (as General Ulysses S. Grant), Ice Castles, Up In Smoke, Honor Bound, Beer For My Horses, The Rookie, Poltergeist III and A River Runs Through It.

Gray played Ronnie Collins in ten episodes of The Little People (1972-73) starring Brian Keith and Shelley Fabares as father-and-daughter pediatricians who run a free clinic in Hawai'i. In the 1974-76 CBS Saturday morning series Shazam!, Gray played teenager Billy Batson, who transformed into the superhero Captain Marvel by shouting "Shazam!" (Captain Marvel was initially portrayed by Jackson Bostwick and later by John Davey.) Gray also appeared in seven movies and TV movies including Our Time and Surge Of Dawn.

Michael Gray, Shazam! star and '70s teen idol, dies at 75

King sang with bands led by Ray Anthony, Ralph Flanagan and Charlie Spivak and had four hits in 1955-56: Make Yourself Comfortable, Learning To Love, Angel Pie and Kiss & Run. She appeared in five movies and TV movies including Zero Hour!, Hans Brinker & The Silver Skates and Abbott & Costello Meet The Mummy. And Variety misspelled Wynnewood as "Wynnyewood." Perhaps whoever wrote the story also has Alzheimer's.

Some fun trivia for all you trivia fans: Zero Hour! (1957) stars Dana Andrews as Ted Stryker, a Royal Canadian Air Force pilot in World War II. He leads a bombing raid in heavy fog over Germany and six men in his squadron are killed. Traumatized, he gives up flying. Ten years later, he is forced to land a passenger jet in heavy fog after the pilot and co-pilot become ill.

Robert Hays plays "Ted Striker" in a similar scene in the 1980 movie Airplane! and the disc jockey born Gary Ramón Sandorf (KFMA in Tucson and (KROQ, KAMP and KYSR in Los Angeles) uses the name "Stryker" after Robert Hayes' character. (Sandorf is much too young to remember Zero Hour!)

The makers of "Airplane!" bought the rights for "Zero Hour" because in spoofing the format using that movie as a base, they pretty much recreated the plot.

I didn't know that, IRBS – but it makes sense. Otherwise, Jon Davidson, Jim Abrahams, David Zucker and Jerry Zucker would have been sued for plagiarism. I am always impressed when someone knows trivia that I don't know. Now I'm wondering why the spelling of "Stryker" was changed for Airplane!

That I don't know. Until you described some of the plot of "Zero Hour" I did not realize exactly how much of the plot they did "borrow". I get the feeling if I watched "Zero Hour", I would not be able to contain my laughter. I still chuckle when I see Leslie Neilson in a dramatic role (which he did prior to "Airplane!").

Google Gemini explains, "The spelling of the main character's surname was slightly changed from Ted Stryker in the 1957 drama film Zero Hour! to Ted Striker in the 1980 spoof Airplane! though an official, explicit reason for the single-letter change was never detailed by the writers. Airplane! is a parody of Zero Hour! and the filmmakers acquired the rights to the original movie. Minor character and spelling alterations – such as changing Ted Stryker to Ted Striker, Ellen to Elaine and Joey Stryker to Joey Hammen – were part of updating and adapting the character names for the new comedic version."

Umm, okay. We now return you to your regularly scheduled Celebrity Death Thread.
