Wow! That is a definite second. The Ronettes' hits include Baby I Love You, Walking In The Rain, Be My Baby, I Can Hear Music, Do I Love You and The Best Part Of Breakin' Up. Ronnie had a solo hit in 1971 with Try Some, Buy Some, written by George Harrison.

The Platters formed in 1952 in Los Angeles. Their hits include Only You, My Prayer, The Magic Touch, The Great Pretender, With This Ring, Harbor Lights, Smoke Gets In Your Eyes and I Love You 1000 Times. Turner replaced Tony Williams as lead singer in 1959 and remained with the group until 1976. He also performed in Las Vegas with Keith Blake, Daemine Lowe and Michelle Johnson in a group billed as Sonny Turner's Platters.

Frazier wrote the Hollywood Argyles' 1960 number-one hit Alley Oop. He also wrote Elvira, Mohair Sam, There Goes My Everything, Don't Anyone Make Love At Home Anymore, If My Heart Had Windows, The Son Of Hickory Holler's Tramp and Ain't Had No Lovin' and co-wrote Johnny One Time, Fourteen Carat Mind, All I Have To Offer You Is Me, Touching Home, Then Who Am I, What's Your Mama's Name, and The Baptism Of Jesse Taylor. As a recording artist, Frazier had eight country hits, 1967-72, including Big Mable Murphy and Everybody Oughta Sing A Song.

From 1957 to 1972, Emery worked overnights at WSM in Nashville. He hosted the syndicated program Pop Goes The Country from 1974 to 1980, the Nashville Network's Nashville Now from 1983 to 1993 and RFD-TV's Ralph Emery Live from 2007 to 2015. He was inducted into the Country Music Disc Jockeys Hall Of Fame in 1989, the Country Music Hall Of Fame in 2007 and the National Radio Hall Of Fame in 2010.

Greg Webster formed the Ohio Untouchables in 1959 in Dayton. They became the Ohio Players in 1965. Webster was the last surviving original member. Their 1970s hits include Fire, O-H-I-O, Skin Tight, Love Rollercoaster, Who'd She Coo, Funky Worm, Jive Turkey, Sweet Sticky Thing and I Want To Be Free.
