So it was Rush, Howard, Ramsey...who else am I missing as the arguable #1 in radio?
 
Wow, the CNN article about Rush is riddled with typos and missing links and whatnot. They were clearly RUSHing to get it published.

Maybe it's fixed by the time you click it but right now it's a mess.

It's a balance issue. All their links are leaning right while their article is leaning left. Nothing aligns.
 
RIP - He never made the move to satellite radio like other talk show hosts did. He knew the existing regular radio gig he had was great. Why leave?

Generally speaking, people tend to get more conservative as they get older and older people are less technologically inclined so it was probably a good idea to say on regular radio. He knew his audience.

Joe Rogan if you include podcasts. Ramsey also does pretty well in Podcast listens. Now that Rush is dead I expect AM radio to be not too far behind. It was already facing extinction before he got there.

This might be more true than not, but many people get more financially comfortable as they get older, so they become philanthropic, and start caring more about others.

Geddert owned Twistars USA Gymnastics Club in Lansing, Michigan. In 1988, he hired Larry Nasser. I wish Nasser would do what Geddert just did. By the way, earlier this month the club was renamed Capital City Flips.
