And his nephew? Gross. Hopefully when shit goes to court he'll be proven innocent. If not fuck him.

It's not at all the same. Oj went to a jury trial. This was dismissed b4 any real shit happened. And Ricky was never arrested or criminally charged with anything.

A complaint was filed against him. I can file a complaint against u...if it has 0 merit hopefully our system will figure that out. And usually it does. Sometimes it fucks up but it's the best thing we got and better than any alternative I can think of.

Makes me think that dude bringing charges was filing a frivolous suit and the preliminary judge saw right through it.

Regardless of whether it is withdrawn, the act of withdrawl does not infer innocence. It means the prosecution felt it did not have a strong enough case. Withdrawing a charge also means they can collect more evidence and make the charge again when their case is stronger. Nothing in the court system at any stage has anything to do about innocence. It is just guilty beyond a reasonable doubt or not guilty which covers everything else from jury verdicts to charges withdrawn.
 
The reports (I read 2 hours ago so maybe have changed) seem to say there's no word from the fbi. Or anyone other than the president himself. Interesting. Also bad precedent to set. Start investigating every president after they leave office and the party in control of congress will arrest every president of the other party. Of the 45 men (46 presidencies) I bet every one of them did something that could be deemed illegal if dug into enough after the fact by congress.

That's why Ford pardoned Nixon. To move the fuxk on.

It seems every story about Trump does two things. 1) Make Trump supporters like him more 2) Make Trump haters hate him more.
