Sherbert is NOT and NEVER WILL BE ice cream.
What's wrong with that? I'd like to know.13 if I include Silly Love Songs, which I despised at the time.

That live ding-a-ling song is pretty annoying.

40: I’LL BE AROUND – THE SPINNERS
I looooooooooooooooooove this song & band so much.
37: GERONIMO’S CADILLAC – MICHAEL MURPHEY
I'd never heard this before, but I was surprised at how bad some of the vocals in it were. And I'm not some kinda "it has to be technically perfect" guy by ANY stretch.
25: STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN – MEL AND TIM
21: FREDDIE’S DEAD (THEME FORM “SUPERFLY”) – CURTIS MAYFIELD
I like these 2 a lot. I only own "greatest hits" CD's from Mayfield and the aforementioned Spinners - I wonder how much I would like full albums from them?
I actually like about a dozen of these tunes - for this early in the decade, for me that's a LOT.

Like I talked about in the cover songs thread, do you like it when someone samples a song you love? Or is it automatic blashpemy? Or does it depend on what they did with it / how well they did it?
