Aside from all the other conceptual, practical, and political reasons to avoid it, the stainless steel exterior reminds me of the Delorean. Which, despite being used in a movie, was a failure as a car available to the public. So from the very first moment I saw the Cybertruck, I wondered why Musk would want to remind people of that earlier disaster.
