If she won, I would have become like the French: Off with her head! All she wanted for Christmas was to be the only person known as the Queen of Christmas. She lost her battle. Poor baby!

Mariah Carey denied exclusive rights to 'Queen of Christmas' title after trademark battle
Mariah Carey is not the only Queen of Christmas — at least not according to the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.www.aol.com
I feel obligated to disclose that we play that song every week in community band rehearsals.Carey makes between $600,000 and $1 million each year from that ONE damned annoying Christmas song.
In 1989, Vince Vance & The Valiants released a song titled All I Want For Christmas Is You. It made Billboard's country chart in 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1999. In June of this year, Andrew Stone ("Vince Vance"), who had co-written the song, filed a $20,000,000 lawsuit alleging Mariah Carey plagiarized and exploited his song and made "undeserved profits" by recording a song with the same title. Well, song titles can't be copyrighted. On November 1, Stone dropped the lawsuit. Here is Vince Vance & The Valiants' All I Want for Christmas Is You. I feel obligated to suggest that Mister scotch's community band play this song instead of the Mariah Carey song.
Does it sound more like Mariah or more like this:I feel obligated to disclose that we play that song every week in community band rehearsals.

Does it sound more like Mariah or more like this:
