Their example Chumbawamba is not a OHW by their definition if they include other charts than the USA. They have 2 top 10 hits in Canada (including one #1) and 3 in the UK.

Back in the 90s (1997?) Chumbawamba was everywhere up here. You couldn't get away from it. Not only "Tubthumping" but "Amnesia". When I did not see "Tubthumping" listed as a #1 song I was surprised. But it was #1 in Canada and "Amnesia" was a #7 song in Canada which matches what I remember of their airplay. Never hear "Amnesia" anymore. Still here "Tubthumping" on the radio and at sporting events.

Here is Chumbawamba's Amnesia.

There are also these. Some of the chart positions are from the country chart (c), R&B chart (rb) or mainstream rock chart (m). "Miracle Of Sound" is Irish musician Gavin Dunne. The Amnesia songs by A+ Dropouts, Anthem Lights, Boys Of Fall and 5 Seconds Of Summer are the same song, written by Michael & Louis Biancaniello, Joel & Benji Madden and Sam Watters,

Amnesia – A+ Dropouts (--/2014)
Amnesia – Josh Abbott Band (56c/2016)
Amnesia – Anthem Lights (LP/2015)
Amnesia – Blake & Brian (58c/1998)

Amnesia – Ian Carey/Rosette/Timbaland/Brasco (--/2012)
Amnesia – Cherish (61rb/2008)
Amnesia – Kevin Gates/ Doe B (--/2014)

Charli Baltimore
#6 "Down 4 U" (w/ Irv Gotti & Ja Rule)
#21 "Down Ass Bitch" (w/ Ja Rule)

Tiffany Lane Jarmon, better known by her stage name Charli Baltimore, is an American rapper, and television personality. Charli Baltimore began her musical career when she met the Notorious B.I.G. in the winter of 1995, and they became involved in a romantic relationship. Several months into their relationship, she left him a voicemail of a rap verse that she had written and he began encouraging her to pursue a career in rap music.

Lamont Dozier
#15 "Trying to Hold on to My Woman"
#24 "Fish Ain't Bitin'"

He scored 14 #1 hits as a writer and 13 as a producer, but as an artist he had two top 40s. I don't know either one. Subjectively a zero hit wonder (as an artist)?

I remember both songs. Trying To Hold On To My Woman went to number one on the February 8 1974 V.I.P. (Very Important Platters) survey of R&B station KGFJ. On the top 30 of 1580 KDAY, which had switched from album rock to an R&B format in January 1974, the song reached #2. It was also played on KUTE 102 (actually at 101.9) and it was on the KHJ Thirty for three weeks in February 1974, peaking at #21.

Fish Ain't Bitin' went to number one on KGFJ and #2 on KDAY in June 1974 and was also played on KUTE. KHJ never played it. Dozier's next single, Let Me Start Tonite, was a top-ten hit on KGFJ and KDAY in January 1975.

OMG I can't believe there's another big name with only 2 top 40 hits that didn't make our madness back in the day!!

Elvis Costello
#19 "Veronica"
#33 "Every Day I Write The Book"

Definitely belongs in our list of the biggest "Don't Call Them A Two Hit Wonder" artists, along with the other big ones not in the original madness: Jethro Tull, Nine Inch Nails, Stephen Stills and Black Crowes

Costello co-wrote Veronica with Paul McCartney, who plays bass on the song. It went to number one on the alternative rock chart and ##10 in the mainstream rock chart in March 1989. Costello's The Other Side Of Summer was number one on the alternative rock chart for four weeks in May-June 1992 but never made the Hot 100. It should have. It sounds like a Beach Boys song. The background singers are Richard Page, Steve George and Steven Soles,
