I'm back from Colorado. It was an awesome family visit, and the weather was great. My nephew's pad in Thornton is quite the executive abode.
We went to downtown Boulder, which is my kind of place - boojie and progressive, with a nice walking space
While in Boulder, my nephew took us to the Carroll Shelby American Collection, which has over a half-billion dollar's worth of sports & race cars packed into a nondescript industrial building
We also went to Golden, and drove through Lookout Mountain park, which provides a great view of the Coors facility
My review of the airport is that it's a piece of crap, with a bad layout and poor signage. It doesn't even look as new as it is. But the Denver/ Boulder region is very cool. Lots of good food and local beers.
