Sex & Candy has been recorded by more than 20 artists including Drew Cole, Maroon 5, Scary Pockets and the indie duo Alexander Jean (Mark Alexander Ballas Jr. and Brittany Jean Carlson). Weird Al Yankovic included the song in Polka Power!, a medley on his 1999 CD Running With Scissors.
This is about the time I started listening to more hard rock and alternative (was also into newer country thanks to my best friend at the time, but even that was starting to fade). Was also a few years after the local Adult alternative station was bought by Clear Channel and started going downhill. Third Eye Blind and Marcy Playground were repeated ad nauseam.
I only had 3 total good+ok

More Than Words has been recorded by more than 70 artists including David Cassidy, Eric Benét, Frankie J, Ruben Studdard, Naturally 7 and the Isaacs.
