2018 Movies & Tv Shows

Just watched Venom, even though the film was missing Peter Parker. We actually liked it and we can't wait till the next film staring Carnage.

Talking as "we" because Vemon says it a lot in the film.

I finally saw "Geostorm". Even though the film bombed, actually the film was kinda entertaining. I believe it was better than ID2 and the latest Jurrasic Park film.
It was better than I thought it would be too. I thought it was better than ID2, but not quite as good as Jurassic, which I had hoped would be much better than it was.

In the house?

In this scene you do see walls, in the background.

When Lewis smash the clock, the clock had walls.

To night Memegirl, Mrs. Bag, Memegirl's boyfriend and I saw "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse". I thought the poster looked dumb, and the trailer looked dumb, but that was a very good movie. My favorite comic book movie of 2018. Great script, great music, simply astonishing animation and great voice acting.

Friday night I saw "End of Days", a 1999 Arnold Schwarzenegger action horror film where Gabriel Byrne is the devil and he has to bang a 20 year old woman at midnight on New Year's Eve to open the gates of hell. Spoilers: Devilbyrne can blow up cars with his urine and Schwarzenchrist must sacrifice himself to save us. I expected it to be horrible and it was not entirely horrible.

Before he show, our programming dircector and 15 volunteers toasted the new year by drinking the breakfast shake Schwarzenchrist drinks at the beginning of the film. Coffee, beer, Peptobismol, pizza and Chinese food. I did not volunteer because I'm suffering from horrible allergies and what possible reason could motivate someone to drink that?

Saw Vice with my son. We had seen the previews. It was different. It did not tell the story literally and broke the 4th or 5th barrier several times. But it was quite interesting. I felt it was a fair portrayal. I found the 9/11 scenes to be still very hard to watch. It was worth the price of admission (which was on points so $0).

We did end up seeing Aquaman. (We got a better dinner reservation.)
It was pretty decent. Didn't get to see the 3D version though.
