I like the Big Bang but truthfully it has long past its best before date. Watch an old one then the new one you will see how far it has come off it's prime.

I agree, the show isn’t as good as it once was. Once everybody started to date and got married the show lost it touch. But I’m still faithful and will watch it till the end.

I still like Big Bang. They are running out of script though.

Young Sheldon isn't that great though. They never should have tried to cash in on that one.

It was a good concept. If you listen to Sheldon talk about his childhood the first couple of seasons they had some pretty good stories. But didn't translate into a series however. Still getting good ratings so can't really say it is a failure.

Last night I saw "BLACKkKLANSMAN", the new Spike Lee film about a black cop infiltrating the KKK in the 1970s. The film was a mixed bag. Overall it was good, but a little too long. The script used a lot of standard movie tropes to give it a dramatic arc, but that was all kind of hard to believe. Apparently the memoir is just too boring to make a good movie on its own. The acting was very good.

The guy it's based on was there with his wife. Joe Leyden interviewed them before the show. I considered asking him about Boots Riley's criticism of the film but didn't. Seems a bit rude.

Last night I saw "Nightmare on Elm Street" parts 3, 4 and 5. I've never seen a "Nightmare on Elm Street" movie before. I tried to watch the first one 3 or 4 times at home but it was so lame I always bailed.

Part 3 was also lame. Very standard 80s slasher stuff with a lot of mugging on the part of the villain.

Part 4 was very imaginative. Much more interesting plot, and entertaining visuals.

Part 5 had a couple of interesting effects, including some by Screaming Mad George, but the plot was unengaging.

I received my card for free admission to Graveyard Shift movies for the next year. 50 more movies and I will get a cars for free admission for life.

Next week they show the film I picked, "Anguish".

Last night I watched Crimson Peak, a really good film which game me the chills.

I just watched Game Night about an hour ago. I haven't seen a good stupid comedy, in quite some time. I would highely recommend watching it.

I might go see the 60th Anniversary showing of South Pacific but its awfully long. Maybe I'll just warm up a few slices of left over pizza and watch a couple of scenes on You Tubes
