Anyone who's still wearing clothes from their 20s is doing fine.I am pretty happy. I weighed in Thursday to the E gym equipment scale at 158.6 Body Mass Index 24.3.
My Strength Bio Age is 37. I still have to work on leg strength. Last March my leg strength was at 79 years old at 161.5 and I'm down to 61 years old
My upper body is 30 and core 21. Maybe I'll do more weights on New Years Day instead of burning 1000 calories on the machines. That was too hard.
This E gym stuff may be all bull but it is fun to follow.
