it is easier to cut ties with streaming. I did not keep Fox One. Not enough value
YouTube TV is how we watch all the network and cable channels live. So we can't just drop it, like Netflix or Hulu. We would have to replace it with something else. Or possibly we could keep it, and add an NBC streaming service. Actually, Peacock would probably work, except it doesn't play live broadcasts. We'd need a streaming version of our local NBC affiliate (which does exist, but I'm not sure how it works).

We get the NBC broadcast from the Madison channel. I no longer live in Madison but live very close enough I can put an antenna by the window and pick it up fine. Same with Fox and ABC. I use Paramount Plus for the CBS broadcast, that reception isn't very good

I can access live broadcasts on Peacock. Then again, it might be reading the DirectTV access online?
I think Peacock may air some programming live. But I believe it also acts as an archive for NBC and Bravo shows, which are available after the live airing. The problem is that we get our local news and local programs from the affiliate.

We're an hour away from Boston and Portland, so we don't have that option.

You just need a really tall antenna. Probably tall enough to require aircraft warning lights.
Turn a pine tree into a antenna.

I wanted to try out the all-new ESPN+ and it's alight. Plus, I haven't really watched anything on it for couple of months. So, I finally cancelled it.

Once Disney+ combines Hulu into their streaming service. Another streaming dropped, I doubt I will save any money there. It usually costs the same amount.
