OK this has been playing on my mind since 9/17 when I received my first red "Reputation" from someone who did not have the nerve to say it to me so everyone could have read it

I will not disclose this person's name but I will like to share with you just what was sent to me

"You are a fucktard for taking this to heart. Sorry Sweetheart. FAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I don't know about other women ( and I sure hope they are never called one ) but I have never been called that name before and to be honest never even heard of it or even heard it come from my husbands mouth ( and believe me we have our moments )

When I was at "Sirius Backstage" and here as some of you know I totally express my option as all of you do but I never received a feedback such as this.

I came to "Sirius Backstage" looking for an answer with regards to a music question on Sirius and I was very happy to have received my answer - I also stayed because it was a lot of fun

I know that I have put myself out there but I never and would never hurt a person who is only known by her/or his name on this board by calling them a name as the one I was called..........

I would like to take this time to address the "Administrators" you may want me to stop "Posting" and that's fine - you gave me my freedom so many times and I "Thank You" for that but I just could not keep this to myself...........

Last of all to the person who sent me my message please choose your words carefully the next time - I wish you no bad thoughts................

Can you put that person on your Ignore List? I am not sure if that could prevent that person from sending you a PM though. A moderator here should be able to answer that.


If it makes you feel any better, I was called that name by BRIAN202 at XMFAN earlier this week. (no joke) I was razzing him about his Tampa Bay football team. It was not enough to warrant him calling me that though. I think he got banned from this site at the very beginning.

I am a member of several forums, and have only given neg. rep once. Not because of that persons opinion but because of their personal attack on another members bad fortune. Even then I did not call names, a simple "uncalled for" worked just fine. Dont leave the board just because someone called you a name, they will have only gotten the best of you then.

Exactly what semipenguin said. Please stay. I'd much rather see the person who left the comment be the one to stop posting... and I have my suspicions of who it might be.

I like you and I certainly see you have a zany sense of humour which I enjoy for the most part. But I freely admit that I don't see humour in negative rep points. IMHO these should be reserved for truly assholic posts. For the record, in all the time here and at SBS I have yet to see an assholic post worthy of a negative rep. I find it very hard to believe that deedee had such a post. My 2 cents.

Glad you sacked up to it like a man. I like this place because it's so easy going. The lack of . . . . harsh behavior makes this site very enjoyable. Let's not let that slip away.
