Zune help sync with pc

i was trying to get the zune to sync with pc
but no luck i can wirelessly sync however
it says unable to connect to pc make sure your signed in

yes i have the latest software and i have setup my zune account

Mine does this from time to time. I just restart the computer and things seem to work themself out.

the issue is a non supported router
i called tech support seem our netgear wpn824 isnt supported
looks like i got the wireless sync to work had to adjust a setting in the windows firewall
the portable wireless wasnt checked
