I like this channel. The music is great and I'm hearing music that I've not heard before. I listened for about a 1 hour block yesterday and I liked it :)

I am going to return to this channel later this week. For now I'll give it 4 out of 5 Stars

I really like this channel, but had forgotten about it until the MJ Tribute, loved that and started listening again to the original Heart and Soul.

I like this channel, and it covers it's genre well, but the problem with R&B programming on Sirius is that there are large gaps in it's coverage. Currently on the Sirius side of Sirius/XM , there is no late 70s to 80s R&B classic hits or funk, while there is on the XM side with the Groove, this leaves many R&B fans of that era without a choice to go to on Sirius. It is only available to Sirius subs online, not on the radio ... and this simply is wrong. It alienates Sirius from a substantial market and potential listening audience - if it good enough for XM , why not Sirius also? I give Heart & Soul 4.5 stars out of 5, but give Sirius/XM a big goose egg for leaving the Groove off Sirius and losing potential customers because of a deficiency in programmung.

Tuning in right now. I can see listening to it while sitting in front of the fire with a glass of wine and a fine lady :lick:, but right now I'm sitting in my cubicle buried by paperwork. ;) :p I guess the name does a good job of explaining what type of music. I don't even know if it would be something I would listen to if I was wining and dining that special someone. I'm giving it my usual "3 stars because it isn't really my thing" rating.

I have never listened to this channel as itself. I listened to it as MJ Tribute and Aaron suggested that I put the review of that channel with this one. I will not actually do a rating so as not to confuse the overall rating of H&S.

When I first heard the MJ tribute channel it was on a short 3 hour road trip on the Saturday. I listened for about 1 hour and grew a bit MJed out. The music selection was good although I didn't care fore the 2008 remixes. I listened again on Sunday at 2 different times and heard the same songs I had heard Saturday at each of those times. So either my timing was poor or the channel had a fairly small playlist (I suppose he only had so many hits). I would have given it 3 stars.

I like alot of R&B and Soul, but most of it plays on Soul Town. I knew a few things here, and liked them, but not enough to keep Heart & Soul as a permanent preset. But I plan on giving it a listen every once in a while.

I listened plenty to the MJ Tribute channel last weekend. It was good, but they did keep the playlist real tight.

I like this channel. It's actually been a preset for over three years. I love that I can hear Jill Scott, Maxwell, Anthony Hamilton, etc. I'm not a fan of the name but the music is the real deal. I really loved the MJ tribute. I wouldn't have minded if it lasted a little longer. Four stars!

There are rumors out there that the MJ channel will be brought back. Not sure where. Still just rumors.
