Paul McCartney sucks. I really don't care if he wants to be Fireman. He shouldn't do it by burning Bridges. I do not intend to listen to this channel. It has been removed from my presets and blocked from all radios that can.

I gave it 1 star because there was no option for 0.

F*** YOU PAUL MCCARNTNEY.
LONG LIVE THE BRIDGE.

Please chill out in the WTD forum...:)

You have the right to give this channel one star, but did you at least listen to the channel before you rate it? This is a forum for people to listen and rate...

My appologies. This will be my last comment on this channel. I am afraid I was/am unable to remain objective after countless premptions of one of my favourite channel (The Bridge). Sorry for letting my emotions overpower my reason. This was not the place to air it.

Apology accepted. Thank you for your candidness and openness. You're passion is truly understandable...:)

OH H.....EYE OH
I listened for about two hours this morning. It had a good mix of familiar and unfamiliar tunes plus the ones from his new album. I give it a rating of 4 of 5 stars even though I am disappointed it took over The Bridge. :peace:

I've been listening to it for about an hour so far and I love it.

It has one great song after another. A good balance between his solo career, Wings, and as The Fireman. They have also been playing some of his live performances as well.

I would have normally given this channel 5 stars, but since they (Sirius XM) decided to take away one of my favorite channels for the promotion, I'm docking it 1 star.

4 out of 5 :)

IF ONLY Sirius XM had a channel dedicated to single-artist promotions, it would be perfect. Call it "Artist Spotlight" or something.

Oh well... I can say that I will be listening to this one throughout my work-shift and I'll be dropping by often while they are running this promotional channel.

I think they did an excellent job with this channel. I was afraid they would keep playing the same songs over and over again. I also thought they might concentrate on the hits. Nothing could be further from the truth. They dig very deep into McCartney's catolog and play old, new, solo, Wings, Fireman...everything. Also they are playing some rare stuff as well.

I'm not a fan of single artist channels, but I have to say that Sirius did a very good job with this one.

I give it 4 stars.

I'm really struggling to listen to this absolute garbage! I somewhat enjoy some of the old Wings songs, but Paul's "Fireman" horseshit is fucking terrible!! He's trying to be innovative and cool with this crap and it's just complete noise! It's like if a steaming pile of shit made a sound while just sitting there, it would be "The Fireman" music.
Oh God! It's terrible!
I wish I could give it less than one star...

The Bridge can't return soon enough!

Listened for an hour or so last night. I'm not a diehard McCartney fan by any stretch, so this station was hard for me to listen to. The music wasn't all bad, per say, but I just am not able to get into most of it. Also, the fact that it has destroyed the bridge AGAIN is disappointing, even though I don't listen to that channel all that often. I gave it 2 stars.

I tuned in and quickly figured out a very important item..... it's Paul McCartney! I am not a Beatles fan (more of a hater), but I thought I would give it the ol' college try. I tried to listen, but after a few songs I had to switch. I also gave it 2 stars.

Is this a single-artist station? It is Paul, The Wings and the Fireman. Anyways, The Beatles are cool, but Paul only had one song that I liked. He did give a great Artist Confidential, which I hope the channel replays. But in terms of music, the channel gets a 1.5, or 2 stars.

Paul McCartney is not my favorite Beatle, but I must say, I'm quite surprised at the wonderful music that I've heard on this channel. My extent of solo McCartney is from his album All The Best!...:right:

As a matter of fact, the last new song I can remember hearing from Sir Paul was My Brave Face, from the album Flowers in the Dirt, and that came out 20 years ago...

Of all the Single Artist Channels (SAC) that SiriusXM has had for a "Limited Time", I must say, this is one channel I do like. The mix of songs seems to be very good. Repetition seems to be at a minimum. Although I don't want to see The Bridge go away just for a SAC, but it is nice to hear Sir Paul's music for a short time. The guy is 66yo. Who knows how much longer he'll be around for us to appreciate his music...:)

I give it 5 out or 5 Stars...

I'm a big fan of McCartney as a Beatle and also his solo work. I agree I hate to see this one take over The Bridge, but I am enjoying Fireman Radio. As others have said, not too repetitive. The one thing that could make it better for me would be if they would put the years by the songs. 4 stars.

I'm so glad to hear Mull of Kintyre! Great song that never plays on the radio.

I like The Beatles, but some of Paul McCartney solo songs are ok. I give it 4 stars.
