This is my first time. So far the format is somewhat like the Coffeehouse. Soft music. No DJ. A few channel id's between plenty of songs. Except the songs are more recognizable popular hits and artists from say the past 25 years.

I've listened to Sirius XM Love quite a bit since the merger. I probably would nominate this channel for "Most improved channel" since before the merger to now. It seems to have picked up a lot of the songs that were playing before on Movin' Easy.

But I can't keep Sirius XM Love on constantly as I could Movin' Easy, because this one also plays songs from the 90's and today. Not a fan of Celine Dion, Michael Bolton, Shania Twain, and Mariah Carey music.

All in all, a good channel that I've actually moved into my "A" presets. 4 stars.

Love is one of my presets. It's a great "at work" listening station. They've really improved the playlist and imaging since the merger. Between Love and The Blend, I really don't miss Movin' EZ all that much. Sirius-XM is doing a great job on this channel.

There are some really great songs on this channel, and there are some that aren't so great...

They would have to play Mandy when I was listening...:(

4 out of 5 Stars...:)

They really need to call this the "Sappy Overrated Love Songs Channel." I mean really, does the world really need more Whitney Houston? It does have some good songs, but they're the songs you've already heard before a million times back in the 80s. It'd be a lot better if they added songs like Band of Horses' "No One's Going To Love You." Or at least something that's not in the mainstream.

Movin' Easy was a much better channel. I was surprised and disappointed that they dropped Movin' Easy instead of love. Love gets one star.

Sounds: Sappy love songs and ballads

Positives: Imaging definitely fit the station's goal with sultry voices

Negatives: Its original name "The Heart" is much better than the current name

Blastability: Very Low. This has been the most difficult channel to listen to for me thus far in WTD

Overall: I understand to each their own, but I just don't see a need for this channel what with plenty of other channels carrying songs on this one, Delilah's love show on numerous US radio stations, and the fact that so many of these songs are just long, drawn out, and overly sappy for their own good so they actually don't really represent the best work that each artist has.
