Will my Sirius radio work with this setup?

I would just try this myself, but I don't want to purchase batteries and end up not needing them.

If I put Stratus 5 in its dock, and hook it up to the cigarrette lighter in a car and then hook it up to a boombox through the Aux in port, will it work? The boombox would be powered by batteries.

If you go from "Line Out" on the dock to an "Aux In" of a boombox it should work.

It will work like MM says.. I sometimes listen to Sirius online in the house when I leave my Starmate in the car... I send the audio-out from my laptop computer through the audio-in of the boombox.

Note that there is a 'Source' button on the Boombox that toggles between the dock and the AUDIO-IN jack.
