John Randle. Hands down. I modeled my game in high school and college after him. He was such a character and an absolute beast.

Charles Haley. For some reason, I actually like the Cowboys as a kid.

In my childhood, it was Lawrence Taylor. He was awesome.

Also I loved being New York in Tecmo Bowl and selecting him as my player to control. He was as fast as most running backs in that game :)

    Art Donavan as a interview.

The guy I liked to watch on the field the most, I guess that would be Mike Singletary.

Overall it would be Mean Joe Greene.

As a Saints fan, it would be Rickey Jackson.

Ronnie Lott was the man! Albert Haynesworth is up there too.

how can someone say Albert Haynesworth. Yeah he's great agreed. But for 2 seasons!!!! Don't you remember what a bad attitude and lazy MF he was for his first 4 Seasons in the league. How about his classy curbstomp of Andre Gurode? Or his constant fighting in practice? Don't get me wrong. I love big Albert and he's for sure defensive player of the year, maybe even MVP....but give him a few more years before you put him up there with the greats
