Above all hates are the Raiders, the Red Wings, and the Cornhuskers. A plane crash is too good for these teams, their fans, and the cities that host them.

I don't like the Dodgers or D-backs, RedSox or Braves.
No love lost for the Chiefs, Cowboys, NYGiants, Redskins, or 49ers. Or Phillip Rivers (but otherwise don't really care about the Chargers).
I'll boo Todd Bertuzzi, but don't really dislike any other NHL teams.

NFL: The entire AFC West except for the Chiefs (Oakland/LA/somewhere in California Raiders, San Diego Chargers, Denver Broncos [sorry RR])

MLB: NY Yankees (I know that's an easy pick, but my reason is because as a young child, I watched them beat the Royals in the 1976, 1977 and 1978 ALCS (the 1980 ALCS was pretty sweet though), plus the "Pine Tar Game" in 1983. )
