Yes indeed, it is Laraine Newman, who went from a Groundling to one of the founding mothers of SNL's Not Ready For Prime Time Players in 1975.

The two remaining clues would have been "I once drank a fish on live TV" and "I was a Conehead".

Sadly, this will be my last "Who Am I?" for a while, since I'll be on Thanksgiving vacation next week.
