It is indeed Otep Shamaya, who is the lead singer of the metal band that bores her name.

I saw her last weekend as part of the "Shock and Raw" tour featuring Five Finger Death Punch, Shadows Fall and 2 Cents. I agree, she wasn't bad, but she was probably the least-popular of all the bands that took the stage. She didn't even come out for autographs

Oh, well. New game next week!
