Welcome all to another fun-filled week of "Who Am I?", the game where I give out a daily clue to a person, place, thing and so on.

As usual, the winner gets a chunk of my gratitude.

This week's subject is a FICTIONAL CHARACTER.

CLUE #1: I was introduced in the 1960's.

Memebag wins with just two clues!

It is indeed Rowlf the Dog, who was Jim Henson's first Muppet. He first appeared in a Purina Dog Chow commercial in 1962 and would be a sidekick to sausage king Jimmy Dean in the 60's.

My other two clues would have been "I'm an awesome piano player" and "I was the creation of Jim Henson".

New game comes next week!

I totally rule everything. I figured it had to be a puppet, since that was almost mandatory with variety shows, especially country music. Willie Nelson had a puppet on his show. Bobby Goldsboro had one.

Puppet trivia! Congrats on winning with only two clues. Bobby Goldsboro, ewwww, haven't thought about him in a while.
