It is Zoobilee Zoo, the 1980's kids show that many of us 20-somethings are trying to forget.

(I will admit, though, I had the worst-ever crush on Whazzat Kangaroo, Stevie's character on the show. Guess where her *ahem* pouch was? :bigthumbup
