I'll be damned... Another one-clue winner!

It is Mackinac Island, MI, pop. around 500 year-round, but during the Summer months, it goes up to 15,000 daily tourists. The island is unique for its Victorian charm, especially since automobiles have been banned - with the exception of service vehicles - since 1898. The 1980 film "Somewhere in Time" was filmed on the island.

And yes, it's OK to be a straight fudgepacker on the island, since there's a fudge shop on every corner.
