It is indeed Ponsonby Britt OBE, the fictional - yet credited - Executive Producer of such shows as Rocky and Bullwinkle, George of the Jungle and Fractured Flickers. Producers Jay Ward and Bill Scott didn't have an EP for their company, so they made one up.
