I just went to the Sirius web site, clicked on Channel Guide, scrolled down, and noticed Sirius 60 New Country is not on the list. It's on my radio, but they seemed to have skipped (forgotten?) it on the guide. Weird.

Yea, you're right.. New country shows up everywhere on the Sirius web page, except the Sirius Channel Guide .
Normally, I'd just assume it was a simple omission, but with the way things are going, New Country might be dropped and channel 60 might be switching over to the upcoming Milli Vanilli channel
