When Howard and the crew was joking to the songs that Obama should come out to, rather than Hail to the Cheif, Howard played some song and kept saying "makusa" over and over again---What song was that?

He played it about 2 hours into the show. It was right before he played Hollywood Swing.

Any help would be appreciated, I liked the song.
