Howard Stern is live this week on SiriusXM Howard 100 and the SiriusXM app. On today's show, he discussed plans in 2026 and beyond...we heard when Sal Governale got goofed on back when he thought Howard wasn't coming back. We also heard Howard's thoughts on Jerry Springer and the Jerry Springer documentary. We also heard some stuff with crazy names like Mike Oxsmall.
 
Naw, Blitzz is lame. He should have even a bit of respect for JayDizzle. I might have shot him and left him in France.
 
Not only can Howard watch the news any more, but he doesn't want to know what's going on.

I think that's final nail in the coffin that was Robin's news.

And he says he has a vague notion of what he wants to do in the future.

That's been the biggest hit for me not being as interested in the show.

That and Blitt, who is more unfunny than he is funny.

Oh, and long drawn-out interviews that don't ask the tough (or just simply rude) questions anymore.
 
Well, Jeff is a near cripple, and Wendy has issues that weren't her fault so it's Bobo for me.

Met an old man who doesn't like trump but hates harris more.

Howard also wouldn't have been able to get the caliber of stars if he was asking the rude stuff.

At the same time, the long interviews are fun. "You've certainly said it all" then they forget they're on-air.
 
Friday's Sternthology Live was quite good. High-Pitch and the fish...and then some vodka, straight up! Thank you!

What he used to do was, a caller would ask a rude question (maybe legit? maybe a setup?) and everyone would go "Aw c'mon that's just wrong". Then Howard would follow it with "So, is it true?" and everyone would laugh. In my listening of old shows, I'm up to Nov 2002 and I hear this happen regularly.

It could have been real. The screener would have put the question up for Howard to know about.
