Here is your place to post your comments on tonights web update.

What do you think is in store for us a few hours from now ?

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a large update. I say this because they have been procrastinating on fixing the bug. This tells me will see multiple changes. I'm hoping for a whole new look of the site, or the web player at least. We will see......

In regards to the web site changes, I have no idea, I've not heard a pep out of what is to be expected. May not be much of anything. I am sure not staying up all night to find out! LOL

The only thing I'm noticing is they removed all references to Radio Premium and changed the Portable page to talk about all the phone deals they have. Am I missing something?


EDIT: Whoa, ok there it is. Just changed over.

The player changed, I see no new channels.

I find that it has like album art list for the various categories of music, along with your favorites or custom channels. However, it doesn't use your custom graphic to display. Makes no sense to me.

they basically ported the iphone app to the web in terms of functionality and looks.

I don't like that you can't see your favorites as a list in the left column anymore. And my custom pictures for my stations are gone, replaced by random album covers. Why did they mess with the old site design?

It looks a lot slicker, that's for sure. The random album covers seem to be the album of the next song the station's going to play, at least with the limited playing around I've done (I've been playing with my new portable more).

I wonder if your custom station picture will come back in some way, as the site still lets you set it under Publish.

Only looked at it briefly late last night, but my early opinion on it thinks it looks good as well.

Visually I like it a lot. Have not messed with the interface much yet though. I'm still seeing the bug in place with the ad on the bottom. Maybe I need to sign out, or something. Glad they gave the web player a face lift. Very cool.......

Yes now you heart them rather than do the little x. You must select 15 artist or it will just add similar artist to make up the difference. I prefer to select mine rather than let it add them automatically. I thought in your post you didn't know where to go to create a station. LOL :)
