I don't really like UFC but I dig both main even girls who were fighting, Gina and Ronda.
BUT WOW THAT SUCKED!!!!!
In only 17 seconds Ronda arm bared Gina to force her to tap. I was rooting for Gina too, who was the clear underdog.
The fight before was crazy though. By the end of the second round the one dude was so bloody his corner wouldnt let him back int he fight. It was pretty gross and while kinda cool it reminded me of why I don't like sports where the sole purpose is violence, not scoring points or whatever.
Anyway. back to Ronda and Gina, it reminded me of Tyson. In the mid 90's I remember getting all excited to go to a friends house to watch the PPV of his fights and in he would knock dudes out in the first round which was cool but super disappointing.
Well I've had my fill of MMA for awhile. It's really not that fun to me even when the fights are even and go deep into the the later rounds.
Also I know this wasn't UFC but whatever, this is the closest thread we have to MMA fighting. And it's fun to revive a 17 year old thread.
