Get a software program that can record from the Line-In jack. I like a program called AudioGrabber. Attach your stiletto to your PC line -in via 3.5mm audio cable. Start playing the clip and hit the Record button on the software. It should only take about 4 hours to record...

(BTW, There's no way to transfer the files off of the Stiletto, they are encrypted per device.)

And unfortunately you'll lose some sound quality in the process. But if you're trying to save something just to have it around, it's all you can do.

I record from my S2 to my computer using the Xitel `Record from your stereo to your computer' system. This system was $80 at BB, and was slightly cheaper at Sam's Club.

I'd love to do that if my line-in wasn't shot...

There's a ton of great performances I'd love to get on my computer

+1 audacity (once you learn it)
if you record to wav instead of mp3 you wont lose quality-but the file size will be enormous.

edit
posted before knowing line-in was shot.

I think your hosed unless you get a new line-in
