rich people kill me. its so easy to lose weight when u have full time trainers and cooks at ur disposal.

when you see regular people that have full time jobs and kids doing it on their own, its much more impressive.

same thing goes for Robin especially. she basically has all day (minus 5 hours) to dedicate to getting healthy and losing weight.

Tim could do the same thing if he had the guy fix him the broccoli and grilled chicken that Ralphie Cakes recommended, and then yell at him in the gym. The hell with colonics and human burrito style heat wraps, just hire someone to keep crap food out of your mouth and make you exercise.

Maybe its harder cuz they have the means to indulge. It's easier to eat light when you don't have money for food.

rich people do annoy me in that aspect, but people who go on the stupidest diets kill me. People will fast for 36 hours, loose 10lbs, then just start eating again. Sure enough they gain the weight back, and usually more than they lost.

stupid liquid diets, latest southbeach diets, no white flour diets, etc. Just eat like a normal person and work out for crying out loud.

im far from rich, but I have means to eat sh*tty food whenever I want just like anyone else in here. I have a full time job, wife and a kid, but I find time (usually before work) to go out running/weightlifting/biking a good 4 times a week, and that works for me. no fancy trainers , special diets, or stupid fast.

I'm fairly certain that Tim fucked up and thought that a fasting cleanse meant he could only eat fast food.

Tim thought she said "breakfasting for 21 days". More bacon please!!

He should have lost twice the weight on The Zone diet since he was doubling up on the meals...

Man, that is TOO HARD!

It's easier to starve yourself and eat nothing for 3 weeks while shitting out your innards on the backside.

You're not eating enough to make an actual turd. That's why they're getting their a-holes hosed out...

Have they taken bets on how long before Tim is off this new 'diet'?

Poor fat people annoy me more

OMG that cracked me up!!!!! LOL!!

I've done these things, without the enemas and colonics though. Although there are plenty of folks that criticize, I have to say, from personal experience, it works!

My personal experience... they tend to talk about the physical benefits, but if you commit to it, it breaks you out of the psychological shit (eating all the time).

Two years ago I was 220 at 5'7". Over the least two years I've maintained 160-163. It's because of ONE session of that.

It's very hard to do, you have to be committed, but it works. And it has long-term effects (that's the mental part).

If you have the will power to commit to this drastic treatment, you should have the willpower to eat sensibly and exercise...

Tell you what. I'm piss poor and I'm certainly not one that weeps for the rich, but I honestly see little wrong with this. It doesn't get my ire up (is that the expression?) like it does with some people (like yourself as well as Sal).

Yes, there are people that work harder at it but they aren't getting surgery to make it happen. And they are splurging on something positive. Now if we want to talk about insane purchases....Didn't Howard buy a hooker a boat? I'm sorry....it was a car for a stripper. Same thing.
