What an ungrateful fuck. He's funny on the show but I hate people like that. They do nothing and think the world owes them something. I have (had) a friend like that. Had to stop lending him money and of course I was the asshole.
I just found this out. Woo Hoo. Those plugs are a good deal advertising wise so I won't complain. Plus I'm actually fond of Jeff the Drunk. He is not High Pitch Eric.
Both Howard and Gary said that they were against it. That made it sound like Taylor called offering it. If they were against it then it wouldn't have been given to Jeff.
I had no say in it. I would have given it to him though anyway since those plugs are far better advertising than the ads themselves.

Maybe I'm cheap, but I have never had a hotel bill that had anything on it except the actual room charges. Use a cell phone for calls, buy or bring alcohol, no PPV.
Jeff had to hit the minibar and make phone calls, along with the requisite pron viewings after room service. What other incidentals am I missing?
Jeff is obviously a damaged person, mentally and physically, who is not going to be cured by tough love... That's why Howard has his him on - He's worth having on just for Artie's impression... he is obviously considered an entertaining whackpacker.... thus, he is an unpaid entertainer......so why the hell begrudge a few hundred dollars that Howard makes in a few seconds?? Howard and the management are so so cheap...
