So Long story short.......

I ordered a new BB Javelin 8900 and got it from T-Mobile.com. The phone came quick, however when I started it up, I got a script error and a bunch of error codes right on the bootup. Phone calling-texts-email all worked fine. So after toying with it, I wiped it and started over, booted fine but everytime I tried to download anything (including BB app world, Facebook) I got an error message and the DL failed. Sooooooo after much frustration I got to download Pandora and I was happy, until the phone started to reboot randomly. So i said enough is enough and called T-Mobile Customer Care. I went through the standard troubleshooting to see if they could fix it over the phone, and within 20 minutes they said " Mr Kincaide I do not want to make you jump through any more hoops, we are going to send you a new(not refurb) phone and a return label to get the defective one back". to which I replied  I was floored-great customer service.

Here at TSS we deal some defective parts, however rarely am I on the other side of the phone. I just want to say I appreciate great customer service way more now, and every time I saddle up for a work day here at TSS, I want to pass on that great customer service to everyone I deal with. T-Mobile you have my business for good!

Those are the phone calls I love ending by asking for a manager...then give them a glowing endorsement of the CS rep that helped me, and tell them to give him/her a raise.

(now if tmo only had decent coverage in my hood)

That's one thing I'll give T-Mobile credit for when I was a customer. They had good customer service. But the coverage is less than superior.

T-Mobile customer care is the best in the mobile phone industry. Not even close. But, yes, their coverage does leave something to be desired. Their phones that allow you to use wifi as an alternative to a cellular signal are slick.

Here in chicago coverage is pretty good, even down in the El stations sometimes I get a bar or two, however I have been out in the country and had little/no service. The WiFi ability is kick ass.
