Has anyone had any issues with their music skipping like a record in playback mode? This has happened to me with around 6 of the Stilettos I had and returned.

Had it happen to one of mine, and a Restore fixed it. It would only happen on mine when the memory was almost full.

That's probably it. I always have full memory when I get songs from the computer. When I tried the download from the Sirius website for the device recovery tool, I ran it and it told me to call customer service. The only exe file I could find in the location they mentioned on the website was ZING.Matterhorn.SiriusDeviceRecovery.exe. Is this the right file to run?
