Just discovered this one on the ILoveSiriusXM website...

I must say it's a pretty catchy tune.

I like this song, I have this album as well as a bunch of other Steve Earle albums. I used to think I hated country music, but then I heard Steve Earle and discovered I just hated mainstream Nashville-sanitized country. He introduced me to the "alt country" genre, and I've discovered other artists I love, like Uncle Tupelo, Jason & the Scorchers, the Waco Brothers, and Old 97s. Good stuff.

I must admit, I like it myself and I am farthest from a country music fan. I wonder if this is being played on old fashioned radio.

My wife turned me on to Steve Earle. Guitar Town is just about perfect. Exit 0 is good too. Of the later stuff, you should check out "Transcendental Blues" great sound...

Steve is one of the best! I actually discovered him one night listening to X Countrys Barn Burnin show that used to be on Sunday nights. The song was Billy and Bonnie. From then on I bought everything I could find. Good stuff!

I'm not sure Steve Earle has ever gotten played on old fashioned "Country" Radio. I think I like his pre-Transcendental Blues stuff better, but I have his new one, too.
