Out of curiosity, I'd like to take a poll to see if anyone here has ever purchased or used a product based off of the advertisement they heard from the Howard Stern Show.

Me, I actually used pajamagram for my wife. I think that was it...

Just from Sirius, or any at any time? Over the years, the things that I remember trying that I had never used before:
Becks.
Barilla Pasta.
Carbonite I might have tried but they didn't have their Mac client yet and Apple beat them to the punch with Time Machine.

Thats about all I remember.

My fiancé got me a Steven Singer rose for VDay, & I actually liked it. I seen some at a local jeweler, & they weren't as nice & much more expensive.

I used to. The Stern show turned me on to Snapple, and whenever I was in New York City, I frequented The Beanstalk. It was pretty good.

Nowadays, the only thing close was when Harley Davidson advertised for a short time, even though I owned mine for quite some time before they chose to advertise on Howard's show. My bike stood in the corner, ashamed, until they stopped running ads on the show.:)

These days, I go out of my way not to support the sponsors. It's not that hard, as most of them are shit products that can't afford to advertise anywhere else. The legit ones, like beer and ice cream, I wouldn't purchase even at a super sale price.

What would I do for a Klondike bar? Walk right by it and purchase a different brand. :jj:

Il subscribe to Sirius, but I don't think he advertises them.

Sarcasm?

He did the trifecta of late night shows a few years ago. He gave mentions on FM radio in almost every state back in 2005. He gave away free "items" once.

I don't want to start a whole "computer wars" thing, but wouldn't there be a benefit to having a remote backup stored elsewhere?

I'm sure whatever it was happened back in 19-whenever.

Exactly. You can't not listen. Notice how when Bubba cheezed off his listeners by not being fully honest on his new contract, his listeners actually left? Not so with Howard.

I'm sure plenty of people have stopped listening to both shows for a variety of reasons.

Not liking the shows anymore, novelty wore off, had to cancel for financial reasons, etc. Not to mention people that didn't follow him to Sirius. Just look around. Satisfaction with Howard's show gets lower and lower each day. It's doesn't matter if he still puts on a good show.

What about that penis cream that my friend Rich uses. It's supposed to make it wider and thicker.... Propecia.
