I hate to bother people but im having trouble with my slacker i bought last night. Everything went smooth but on the radio it says your radio was last refreshed some time ago. How do i refresh it because i really want to listen to slacker.

No need to start a second thread on the same topic. Not sure why you started a second thread when folks started to respond to the first one already. Maybe you should provide more information. Like what you have tried to do so far.
I don't have this device yet. In the other thread you mentioned you were doing usb refresh. Do you have the "Slacker USB Station Refresher" installed on your computer ? A link can be found for the install on Slacker site.
