Sirius Customer Support Improving!

    I have to say that lately I have had a few dealing with Customer Support and I'm really impressed, especially with the email support staff. Since the merger with XM I have noticed that it appears the company is listening a lot better to we subscribers. I just want to give kudos to Sirius XM for making improvements of late.

    After you have a support session with Sirius XM they will email you a survey asking about your experience. They offer you plenty of room to offer detailed information. So please don't ignore them and actually fill them out. We are helping them to help us and in the long run we all win.

    Not to mention that they are paying to put the survey together and process results. If you don't take the survey after they send it to you, it's good money down the drain.

    Fortunately, I haven't had to call them in quite a while, so I'm glad they are getting things sorted out. Hopefully, this time next year, sketchy CS is a distant memory.
