Picked up their latest album after really enjoying heaing PANIC SWITCH on ALT NATION and man, this is a great cd.

I know they're not a "new" band as their newest cd "SWOON" is their 3rd but I have recently really gotten into these guys.

The entire CD is great. A GREAT rock cd that you can put on at track one and let play all the way through and when it ends, you will start it over agin.

SO, if anyone out there likes Panic Switch, pick up the cd. it is really good.

Great CD and cool that I was able to get into a yet another new band from ALT NATION.

Thanks Vargas. I downloaded Panic Switch a while back, and I'll check out the other tracks now.

I have a couple of tracks from the previous album and really like their "sound"

Cool, man.

Hope you like it.

I really like the song "Nice to Know you Work Alone."

Good to hear. I dig the singles. I'll have to check out the disks. Thanks for the tip!

I really like both of the songs that I heard on ALt Nation although I did wear out "Ain't no rest for the wicked."

I'll have to pick this up later.

The first two tracks "In One Ear" and "James Brown" blew the pants off both of the singles, which are also great.

Great observation. Both bands are similar for me - great music but a lead voice I really can't get into. Unique, but the voice seems to take a bit away from the song.

Sometimes I can't tell if it is the chick or the dude signing.

I like that--keeps me guessing.

If you get the opportunity to see Silversun Pickups live you should definitely do it. They killed it at Lollapolooza. I had heard that their live shows were full of distortion and chaos and was interested to see what they'd do in 100 degree heat in the middle of the day. Answer: they were rad!
Go see them.

Sounds like fun - about 20 years ago! LOL! I'm too old for the "Live" shit.

I sometimes feel the same way.

I will really only go see my all time favorites at this point. I can't go running off to all of the concerts that I used to go to.

They sound like they can go off on a track and just jam for a while live.
I'd like to see them.

Welcome to the DRC!
