I hope they move the on/off screen button to the top of the phone like the iPhone. I know I'm always hitting it when I handle my S III. I don't know where it is on the other phones Samsung makes :)

Yeah the Note 3 is on the upper right side and though I've gotten use to it. After all those years of using an iPhone I still try to push the button on the top right. LOL

I like the S5, but Samsung has hinted that we could see a Galaxy S5 Prime later this year with a better camera and more options.

With that being said, my next handset will be a Note 4, probably on AT&T.

With T-Mobile raising rates to $80 for Unlimited for your first line as of 3/23/2014, it appears that I will be switching to the next best Carrier that is not Sprint. I wanted to give T-Mobile a chance, but with spotty coverage and price increases, I can't support this any longer.

AT&T's 10GB Data Share Plan for $130 for 2 Lines with 4G LTE in way more places than Sprint has in my area sounds like a good deal.

That is what I did and for me being in a rural area of the state and working in and out of those smaller communities AT&T is really the only game in town.

Overall I've never had a single issue with AT&T. I was not real happy with the plans until this did this one. Now I am pretty okay with it.

I basically have 10GB to share between my Note 3 and my iPad Mini Retina.

Got my S5 yesterday. I had an S3. It's pretty cool. I wouldn't say I've found it to be ground breaking but I do love it. For me the keyboard is WAY better, so is the camera. I'm hooked on taking pics of simple things and being shocked at how clear they are. I opted out of using the fingerprint scanner and just doing a 4 digit code to unlock it. It's way faster than my S3. Another cool feature is the way it puts some of my favorite contacts in a grid display vs a list.

I can't wait to use the Blocking feature which many may be already using. Meaning I can set a window (say during sleep) where notifications are turned off and you don't get woken up.

Things I haven't tried yet but curious about are
-S Health Monitoring
-Isis Mobile Wallet

It seems very simple and easy to use coming from the S3. Doesn't feel like I'm overwhelmed trying to figure it out.

I was thinking about going the Galaxy Note route. I have a Galaxy S4. Have you had any experience with the note series of galaxy phones? The S5 looks really nice. I really like my S4

My wife and I went and checked out the S5 and the Note 3. She has an upgrade and used it to get an S5. She wanted to wait and see if the iPhone is getting a bigger screen but decided to get the S5. She really likes it. It's a nice phone.

I think I'm going to get the Note 4 when it comes out. I just love what the S pen can do. Good stuff there.

The S3 already had the blocking feature.

What I like about the S5 is the water resistant feature, but I have had my S3 for 2 years and water hasn't been an issue. I have an upgrade when my S3 fails and can't decide between a Nexus 5, HTC M8, S5 or Note 3 or 4(whatever is out at the time). I root and remove the bloat, but having the ability to expand the memory is a plus, that puts the N5 at the back of the pack, and I enjoy the removable battery but it isn't a deal breaker. This time the choice will be a little tougher.

How is it treating you? I can upgrade next month, and am starting to shop now.
Is the battery life good?

I'm waffling between the S5 and the Note 3.
