S50 to SL2 Equipment Compatability

It has been almost 3 years to the day that I got my S50. Today it decided to just die on me. I knew it was coming from the way the device was starting to act up, I just didn't know when. So I called TSS-radio and ordered a SL2 Vehicle Upgrade package. The salesman assured me that the new dock just need to be plugged in where the old S50 was and I would be ready to go. The same for the home dock. Just remove the old one and plug in the new one. Is he right?? I won't have to rewire the car or go on the roof and run a new antenna?

These TSS guys know there stuff! The power connectors and power adapters are the same as well as the antenna. So, it truly will just be unplug the old and plug in the new. You will enjoy the SL2. Congrats on your purchase!

The Stiletto 2 Vehicle Upgrade Package is very cool. It allows you to save money on what you already have like a mount, 5V Cigarette Lighter Adapter and an Antenna. The only thing is that if you have an S50 you will need to get the new Stiletto USB, Software etc along with it. I can put in the order comments to add that stuff free just PM me your Info.

It really is a good way to save money rather than buying whole kits. The same goes for the Home Kit. We sell just the docking cradle itself.
