Rick Dees Quits Sirius-XM joins ABC Radio

I noticed Rick Dees was missing this morning on the 80's channel? I hope he has not been dropped????:bigahh:

Just checked he is not on 90's on 9 this morning so he must have quit

He is on the 90's just heard a 1997 countdown. It must be at a different time though, because it is ending at 3:08 pm usually they were on around 9 to around 12 or 1.

The past 3 weeks the 90s countdown has been starting at 12, so I'm assuming this is a permanent move. It's annoying for those of us who record shows to listen to on the subway later in the week to not be forewarned of these random time changes.

Sirius-XM I believe only wants Rick Dees on its 90's channel. Going with Casey Kasem on 80's and Spider Henderson on Hits Radio...good dj's just would have been nice to have Ricks shows as well

Casey's broadcast on 80's on 8 started at 8pm est tonight. It is from 2/27/1988.

Talk about BullShit. Every god damn week they repeat last weeks show. I record the 8PM one. Last week's noon was from 1980. I missed most of it and was looking forward to tonights encore. But they air the same 1988 crap that they aired at noon today. Totally sucks.

Attention to detail. Nobody at Sirius XM has any.

I hear ya. HOMEPLATE repeats their classic games way too much. 7pm to 11pm est. Saturdays and Sundays.
